ΣΥΓΧΡΟΝΕΣ ΑΠΟΨΕΙΣ ΣΤΗΝ ΑΝΤΙΜΕΤΩΠΙΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΝΕΟΠΛΑΣΜΑΤΩΝ ΤΟΥ ΟΡΧΕΩΣ
Περίληψη
Παρουσιάζονται 20 περιπτώσεις νεοπλασμάτων του όρχεως, 14 αμιγούς και 6 μικτού ιστολογικού τύπου. Αναλύεται και συζητείται η αποκτηθείσα πείρα στην αντιμετώπιση των όγκων αυτών. Ιδιαιτέρως τονίζεται η σημασία της προσεκτικής ιστολογικής εξετάσεως και η αξία της ακριβούς σταδιοποιήσεως. Επιπλέον αξιολογούνται οι δυνατότητες που προσφέρουν οι σύγχρονες απεικονιστικές μέθοδοι και τα νεότερα θεραπευτικά σχήματα. Τέλος υπογραμμίζεται η θεαματική πρόοδος που παρατηρείται τα τελευταία χρόνια στην αποτελεσματικότητα της θεραπευτικής αντιμετωπίσεως της νόσου σε σχέση με το παρελθόν.Αναφορές
