Η ΑΝΤΙΜΕΤΩΠΙΣΗ ΤΟΥ ΠΑΙΔΙΚΟΥ ΑΣΘΜΑΤΟΣ ΣΕ ΕΝΑ ΠΕΡΙΦΕΡΕΙΑΚΟ ΝΟΣΟΚΟΜΕΙΟ
Περίληψη
Μελετήθηκαν οι εισαγωγές από βρογχικό άσθμα που έγιναν στην Πανεπιστ/κή Παιδιατρική Κλινική του Περιφερειακού Νοσοκομείου Αλέξ/πολης κατά τα έτη 1981-1986. Το διάστημα αυτό χωρίσθηκε σε δύο περιόδους δηλ. 1981-1983 και 1984-1986 δεδομένου ότι κατά την δεύτερη περίοδο άλλαξε ριζικά η αντιμετώπιση της οξείας φάσης με διεγέρτες (nedulizer). Φαίνεται ότι η θεραπεία της οξείας ασθματικής κρίσης με εισπνοές β2 διεγέρτες, ελάττωσε δραστικά του χρόνο νοσηλείας των παιδιών και μείωσε τις εισαγωγές τους στο Νοσοκομείο.Αναφορές
