Abstract

Three cases of large cell anaplastic bronchogenic carcinoma are presented by the authors. The incidence is 8% of all lung carcinomas. This type of primary bronchogenic tumor differs from the small cell anaplastic bronchogenic carcinoma because chemotherapy has not been νery successful in prolonging life and it is necessary to exclude the patients with this type of tumor from the groups which are cured with chemotherapeutic agents. This type of tumor is discussed in brief.
