Περίληψη

Η παρουσία διατομικής διακύμανσης στις αποκρίσεις του οργανισμού σε οξεία και χρόνια προπονητικά ερεθίσματα αναγνωρίζεται ευρέως στην επιστημονική κοινότητα. Ενώ οι πηγές αυτής της διακριτικής ποικιλότητας δεν έχουν ακόμα κατανοηθεί πλήρως, η ανάπτυξη τεχνολογιών και της επιστήμης δεδομένων επιτρέπει σε ερευνητές και πραγματογνώμονες να λαμβάνουν αποφάσεις βασισμένες στα δεδομένα. Οι προσεγγίσεις που βασίζονται σε δεδομένα και χρησιμοποιούν πραγματικά δεδομένα αναλύσεων και βιοδεικτών μπορούν δυνητικά να χρησιμοποιηθούν για να κατανοήσουμε πλήρως τις πηγές της διακριτικής ποικιλότητας και να δημιουργήσουμε προγνωστικά μοντέλα προπονητικών προσαρμογών. Αυτές οι μεθοδολογίες μπορούν να είναι ιδιαίτερα σημαντικές για τους αθλητές υψηλής απόδοσης, καθώς μπορούν να αξιοποιήσουν τα δεδομένα για να διαχειριστούν αποτελεσματικά την κόπωση και να βελτιστοποιήσουν τις προπονητικές τακτικές, ενισχύοντας έτσι τα αποτελέσματα των αθλητών.
