Φυσιολογικές ανταποκρίσεις στη Ρυθμική Γυμναστική: Το καλλιτεχνικό άθλημα που ՙՙκρύβει’’ την ένταση της προσπάθειας

Περίληψη

Σκοπός της εργασίας ήταν να προσδιορίσει τις φυσιολογικές ανταποκρίσεις και την ένταση της επιβάρυνσης κατά τη διάρκεια εκτέλεσης διαφορετικών αγωνιστικών προγραμμάτων Ρυθμικής Γυμναστικής. Στη μελέτη συμμετείχαν συνολικά 39 αθλήτριες, ηλικίας 13,4±1,6 ετών, υψηλού επιπέδου (n=15), μέλη των Εθνικών Ομάδων Ελλάδας και Κύπρου καθώς και μεσαίου επιπέδου (n=24) με αγωνιστική συμμετοχή σε Διασυλλογικούς και Πανελλήνιους αγώνες. Μετρήσεις πραγματοποιήθηκαν στο Εργαστήριο (VO2max, HR, La, RPE) και στον αγωνιστικό χώρο (VO2, HR, La) σε διαφορετικές ημέρες. Κατά τη διάρκεια εκτέλεσης στον αγωνιστικό χώρο, κάθε αθλήτρια εκτελούσε από 4 μέχρι 8 προσπάθειες στο κάθε όργανο και συνολικά αξιολογήθηκαν 214 προγράμματα με διαφορετικά όργανα (στεφάνι, σχοινάκι, μπάλα, κορύνες, κορδέλα). Οι αθλήτριες εμφάνισαν υψηλότερες μεταβολικές τιμές στον αγωνιστικό χώρο συγκριτικά με την εργαστηριακή δοκιμασία στο κυκλοεργόμετρο. Σημαντικές διαφορές παρουσίασε η κατανάλωση οξυγόνου (VO2, p<0,001) ενώ η καρδιακή συχνότητα (HR) και η συγκέντρωση γαλακτικού (La) εμφάνισαν παρόμοιες τιμές μεταξύ των οργάνων, παρά τη διαφορετική υφή που παρουσιάζουν. Η ένταση της προπόνησης κυμάνθηκε από 80% μέχρι 100% της ΚΣmax καθόλη τη διάρκεια της αγωνιστικής εκτέλεσης και στα πέντε όργανα. Τα αποτελέσματα προσδιορίζουν το υψηλό επίπεδο επιβάρυνσης που δέχονται οι αθλήτριες Ρυθμικής Γυμναστικής κατά τη διάρκεια εκτέλεσης των αγωνιστικών τους προγραμμάτων. Αυτές τις έντονες, ωστόσο, μεταβολικές απαιτήσεις δεν τις αντιλαμβάνεται ο θεατής όταν παρακολουθεί τους αγώνες, καθώς η έντεχνη χορογραφία και η δεξιοτεχνία εκτέλεσης με τα διάφορα όργανα αποκρύπτουν την υπερμέγιστη ένταση της προσπάθειας που καταβάλλεται εκ μέρους των νεαρών αθλητριών.
