ΕΙΛΕΟΣ ΑΠΟ ΑΝΤΙΠΗΚΤΙΚΑ: ΜΙΑ ΣΠΑΝΙΑ ΕΠΙΠΛΟΚΗ ΤΗΣ ΑΝΤΙΠΗΚΤΙΚΗΣ ΘΕΡΑΠΕΙΑΣ
Περίληψη
Η αιμορραγία μετά από χρόνια λήψη αντιπηκτικής θεραπείας εκδηλώνεται πιο συχνά σαν αιματουρία, ουλορραγία, επίσταξη, εκχύμωση ,αιματέμεση και μέλαινα. Λιγότερο συχνά εκδηλώνεται από άλλα όργανα (εγκέφαλος, υπαραχνοειδής χώρος κ.λ.π.) και ακόμη πιο σπάνια σαν αιμορραγία στο μεσεντέριο και στο τοίχωμα του εντέρου, αποτελώντας την αιτία αποφρακτικού ειλεού. Παρουσιάζουμε ασθενή ηλικίας 60 ετών σε χρόνια αντιπηκτική αγωγή μετά από αντικατάσταση της αορτικής του βαλβίδας με μεταλλική πρόθεση που προσήλθε με εικόνα ειλεού - οξείας χειρουργικής κοιλίας. Στην ερευνητική λαπαροτομία που ακολούθησε, βρέθηκε διηθητικό αιμοπεριτόναιο και αιμάτωμα του μεσεντέριου και του σύστοιχου σ ' αυτό τμήματος της νηστίδας. Αντιμετωπίσθηκε με τμηματική εντερεκτομή και τελικο-τελική νηστιδο - νηστιδική αναστόμωση . Η μετεγχειρητική πορεία ήταν ανεπίπλεκτη και ο ασθενής εξήλθε από το νοσοκομείο μετά από ρύθμιση της αντιπηκτικής του αγωγής.Αναφορές
