ΕΠΙΛΗΠΤΙΚΕΣ ΚΡΙΣΕΙΣ ΚΑΙ ΔΙΑΤΑΡΑΧΕΣ ΤΟΥ ΣΥΝΑΙΣΘΗΜΑΤΟΣ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΣ ΣΥΜΠΕΡΙΦΟΡΑΣ ΣΕ ΑΤΟΜΑ ΜΕ ΚΟΙΛΙΑ ΤΟΥ ΔΙΑΦΑΝΟΥΣ ΔΙΑΦΡΑΓΜΑΤΟΣ
Περίληψη
Μεταξύ 785 ατόμων που νοσηλεύτηκαν στην Νευρολογική κλινική του Γ.Π.Ν. Αλεξ/πολης κατά την περίοδο των ετών 1978-1989 και υποβλήθηκαν σε αξονική τομογραφία εγκεφάλου, τα 23 είχαν κοιλία του διαφανούς διαφράγματος (Κ.Δ.Δ.). Έγινε αναδρομική μελέτη των φακέλων των ατόμων αυτών νια να διαπιστωθεί η συχνότητα εμφάνισης επιληπτικών κρίσεων ή ψυχικών διαταραχών σε άτομα με Κ.Δ.Δ. Η μελέτη έδειξε ότι: 1) Κ.Δ.Δ. υπήρξε σε ποσοστό 2.9% (23 άτομα στα 785). Η σχέση ανδρών-γυναικών ήταν 2,28: 1,0. 2) Επιληπτικές κρίσεις υπήρχαν σε ποσοστό 17,39°/ των ατόμων με Κ.Δ.Δ. (4 άτομα στα 23). Η συχνότητα των επιληπτικών κρίσεων είναι πολύ μεγαλύτερη εκείνης των Ε. κρίσεων σε γενικό πληθυσμό. 3) Αστάθεια του συναισθήματος και εκρηκτική θυμώδης συμπεριφορά υπήρχαν σε ποσοστό 13,04% των ατόμων με Κ.Δ.Δ. (3 άτομα στα 23). 4) Χρόνιος αλκοολισμός υπήρχε σε ποσοστό 8,6% (2 άτομα στα 23). 5) Η.Ε.Γ. ανωμαλίες μη ομοιόμορφε βρέθηκαν σε ποσοστό 50% των ατόμων με Ε. κρίσεις (2 άτομα στα 4).Αναφορές
