ΑΝΤΙΜΕΤΩΠΙΣΗ 17 ΠΕΡΙΣΤΑΤΙΚΩΝ ΜΕ ΚΑΛΟΗΘΕΙΣ ΒΛΑΒΕΣ ΤΩΝ ΕΞΩΗΠΑΤΙΚΩΝ ΧΟΛΗΦΟΡΩΝ
Περίληψη
Στην εργασία αυτή παρουσιάζουμε 17 περιστατικά με καλοήθεις στενώσεις των εξωηπατικών χοληφόρων που αντιμετωπίσαμε χειρουργικά στην Α' Χειρουργική Κλινική του Γεν. Περ. Νοσ. "Ο Ευαγγελισμός" Αθηνών. Τα αίτια των βλαβών αυτών, σε 4 ασθενείς ήταν χολόλιθος, σε 1 ασθενή κεντρική εχινόκοκκος κύστης ήπατος και σε 12 ασθενείς εγχειρητικοί χειρισμοί. Αναφερόμαστε στον τρόπο διάγνωσής τους, στις εγχειρήσεις που εφαρμόσαμε στους ασθενείς μας και στα αποτελέσματά μας. Τέλος ανασκοπούμε το δύσκολο αυτό πρόβλημα των καλοήθων στενώσεων των εξωηπατικών χοληφόρων που τις περισσότερες φορές είναι ιατρογενές με βάση την προσιτή σε μας πρόσφατη βιβλιογραφία.Αναφορές
