ACUTE RECURRENT PANCREATITIS, ΙΝ Α SEPARATELΥ EMPTYING ΟΝ ΤΗΕ AMPULLA OF VATER OF COMMON BILE AND PANCREATIC DUCT
Abstract
This study concerns a case of acute recurrent pancreatitis in a man 72 years old. Common bile and pancreatic duct did not join, but proceed distally to empty separately on the ampulle. He was operated and a transduodenal double spincteroplasty was performed. Early and late postoperative result was good.References
