Abstract

We present a rare case of removal of residual common duct stone simultaneously with the removal of T-tube (Kehr) unter negative pressure. During cholocystectomy and common bile duct exroloration, for stones in the gall blader and the common duct 8 stones were removed from the duct. lntra - operative cholagiography throught the Kehr tube was negative for the presence of residual stones. Post operative cholagiography was also negative for stones. Before removal of the T-tube aspiration of bile was attempted with a syringe from the open and of the tube. With the syringe still applying negative pressure, the T-tube was removed and a stone was found attached at the inner end of the tube.
