Abstract

This specific survey research is refered to the use of streptocinasis and other thrombolutic substances, which were used in acute myocardium attack the first 3-24 hours after the appearance of the first symptoms. The purpose of this summary is to point out the prolongation of these patients' life. Streptocinasis was administered to patients by the age of 75 under a double blind testing in dose of 1,5 mill. Units during the first 3-6 hours (ISAM). During the research ISIS-2 was administered in double blind testing to 17.187 patients during the first 24 hours in 1,5 mill. Units of Streptocinasis ΙV or 169 mg acetylosalinium acid. Οn the other side duriηg the GISSI research of about 11.806 patients, Streptocinasis IV was administered to them during the first 12 hours. According to ISAM research the number of deaths was less than the other researches. That is 5,9% in comparison to 10,2% deaths of GISSI research and 8,2 deaths of ISIS-2 research. In a group of patients which was called PLACEBO the number of deaths varied from 7% to 12,8%. The administration of Streptocinasis during the first 6 hours after the patient's first symptoms, falls the death - rate but not for a loηg time. The neccessity of the plostic surgery of the vessels or BYPASS surgery hasn't been judged yet.
