CHOLOPEPTIC FISTULAE
Abstract
6 cholopeptic fistulae were treated among 711 operations in bile ducts. The fistula round between gallbladder and common bile duct in 3 patients, gallbladder and duodenum in 2 patients and gallbladder and right hepatic duct in 1 patient. All patients had obstructive jaundice clinical findings except the two cholocysto-duodenal fistule patients who had an obstructive ileus clinical findings. All patients had a cholocystectomy and a closure of the fistula. Early and late results in all patients were excellent.References
