Abstract

Our experience concerns 173 patients during the last 10 years. In 131 patients a T-tube was placed and in the rest 42 a cholopeptic anastomosis was performed. The causes of the exprovation of common bile ducts is choledocholithiasis (161 patients) rupture of Liver hydatic cyst (5), cholopeptic fistula (5), iatrogenic trauma (2 patients).
