ΑΥΤΟΑΝΟΣΟΙ ΠΟΜΦΟΛΥΓΩΔΕΙΣ ΝΟΣΟΙ ΤΗΣ ΒΑΣΙΚΗΣ ΜΕΜΒΡΑΝΗΣ ΚΑΙ ΣΠΕΙΡΑΜΑΤΟΝΕΦΡΙΤΙΔΑ: ΑΝΑΣΚΟΠΗΣΗ
Περίληψη
Στην παρούσα ανασκόπηση μελετώνται οι περιπτώσεις συνυπάρξεως σπειραματονεφρίτιδας (κατ' εξοχήν μεμβρανώδους) και αυτοάνοσης υπο επιδερμιδικής πομφολυγώδους δερματοπάθειας, με βάση την ένταξή τους στο ευρύτερο πλαίσιο των "νόσων των βασικών μεμβρανών".
Αναλύονται τα ανοσο ιστοπαθολογικά και βιοχημικά ευρήματα τόσον της μιας όσον και της άλλης ομάδας νόσων, παρουσιάζονται και αξιολογούνται οι σχετικές βιβλιογραφικές αναφορές και τέλος διατυπώνονται κάποιες υποθέσεις σχετικά με το υπό θεώρησιν ενοχοποιούμενο κοινό αντιγόνο.
