ΝΕΥΡΟΛΟΓΙΚΕΣ ΕΚΔΗΛΩΣΕΙΣ ΣΥΦΙΛΙΔΟΣ
Περίληψη
Παρουσιάζονται τέσσερεις ασθενείς, οι οποίοι νοσηλεύθηκαν στην κλινική μας την τελευταία τετραετία με κλινική εικόνα οργανικού ψυχοσυνδρόμου και νευρολογική σημειολογία και στους οποίους τέθηκε η διάγνωση της νευροσύφιλης. Σε άλλους τρεις ασθενείς, που παραπέμθηκαν με διάγνωση σύφιλης στην κλινική μας δεν διαπιστώθηκε προσβολή του Κ.Ν.Σ. Εστω και εάν η εισαγωγή της αντιμικροβιακής χημειοθεραπείας στην αντιμετώπιση της σύφιλης έκανε σπάνια την προσβολή του Κ.Ν.Σ., η νευροσύφιλη εξακολουθεί να υπάρχει.
