ΝΟΣΟΣ ΤΟΥ LΥΜΕ. ΕΝΔΙΑΦΕΡΟΥΣΑ ΠΕΡΙΠΤΩΣΗ (ΣΤΑΔΙΟ Ι)
Περίληψη
Η νόσος του Lyme είναι μία φλεγμονώδης διαταραχή που παρουσιάζει πλειάδα συμπτωμάτων. Η αιτία της νόσου αποδίδεται στη σπειροχαίτη Borrelia Burgdorfeτi και η μετάδοση της γίνεται μέσω του δήγματος κρότωνος. Περιστατικά της έχουν αναφερθεί σε όλη τη γεωγραφική επικράτεια, πλην του νότιου πόλου. Με την ευκαιρία μιας σπάνιας ενδιαφέρουσας για τον Ελληνικό χώρο περίπτωσης, γίνεται συζήτηση για την αιτιοπαθογένεια, επιδημιολογία, κλινική εικόνα και διάγνωση της νόσου.
