ΒΡΟΓΧΙΟΛΙΚΟ - ΚΥΨΕΛΙΔΙΚΟ ΚΑΡΚΙΝΩΜΑ ΤΟΥ ΠΝΕΥΜΟΝΟΣ
Περίληψη
Περιγράφεται περίπτωση βρογχιολικού -κυψελιδικού καρκινώματος του πνεύμονος σε άνδρα ηλικίας 71 ετών, με εκτεταμένες, διάχυτες αλλοιώσεις και στους δύο πνεύμονες, πυκνότερες και αφθονότερες δεξιά. Η σκέψη για ύπαρξη βρογχιολικού - κυψελιδικού καρκινώματος ετέθη κατά τη βρογχοσκόπηση, όπου διαπιστώθηκε αφθονότατη έκκριση λεπτόρευστου, βλεννώδους υλικού, κυρίως από το στόμιο του δεξιού άνω λοβαίου βρόγχου. Η διάγνωση επισφραγίσθηκε με την κυτταρολογική εξέταση του βρογχικού εκπλύματος. Με την ευκαιρία γίνεται ανασκόπηση της σχετικά σπάνιας αυτής μορφής πρωτοπαθούς κακοήθους νεοπλασίας του πνεύμονος.Αναφορές
