Περίληψη

Η παιδαγωγική και η εκπαίδευση για την κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη επισημαίνει και αναδεικνύει τις ανισότητες στις ευκαιρίες μεταξύ των κοινωνικά μειονεκτικών ομάδων μέσα στο ευρύτερο κοινωνικό σύνολο. Το κείμενο μας παρουσιάζει κριτικά και αναλυτικά, θέματα που αφορούν στην κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη και στον αθλητισμό, στην υγεία και στη φυσική δραστηριότητα των νέων που προέρχονται από κοινωνικά μειονεκτικές ομάδες, όπως οι εθνοτικές μειονότητες. Παράλληλα, στο κείμενο παρουσιάζεται η σημασία της υιοθέτησης και της χρήσης σε μελλοντικές έρευνες της θεωρίας των «Διασταυρωτικοτήτων» (Intersectionality) που εμπλέκει τον αθλητισμό, τη φυσική δραστηριότητα και την παιδαγωγική της υγείας με την προώθηση των αξιών της κοινωνικής δικαιοσύνης και, επιπλέον, επεξηγεί τις πολύπλοκες σχέσεις και διασταυρώσεις ποικίλων κοινωνικών ζητημάτων (π.χ. φύλο, εθνικότητα, κοινωνικές τάξεις) και την επίδρασή τους στον προσδιορισμό της ανθρωπίνου δράσης με μέσο τον αθλητισμό και τη φυσική δραστηριότητα σε νέους ανθρώπους, για παράδειγμα με έγχρωμη ή/και ασιατική καταγωγή (Black, Asian Ethnic Minorities/BAME).
