Abstract

Through this article, views and examples are provided on the possibilities of integrating Olympic values into the global education system through the cooperation of different organizations with each other. It examines education governance systems in some illustrative areas, arguing that the principles of the Olympic Movementmerit, respect, friendship and solidarity-offer an innovative solution to growing inequalities in quality and access to education. The article highlights the alignment of Olympic values with the goals of formal education, emphasizing how collaboration between international sporting bodies, governments and online education providers can address these challenges. In conclusion, it suggests some actions for policy makers to take to integrate values content into educational programs.
