ΙΣΤΟΛΟΓΙΚΕΣ ΜΕΤΑΒΟΛΕΣ ΣΤΟ ΗΠΑΤΙΚΟ ΠΑΡΕΓΧΥΜΑ ΝΕΟΓΝΩΝ, ΜΕΤΑ ΑΠΟ ΕΦ' ΑΠΑΞ ΕΚΘΕΣΗ ΤΩΝ ΜΗΤΕΡΩΝ ΤΟΥΣ ΣΕ ΑΛΟΘΑΝΙΟ
Περίληψη
Ελέγχθηκε η ηπατική ιστολογία επιμύων, ηλικίας 24 ωρών, στις μητέρες των οποίων χορηγήθηκε αλοθάνιο, μία φορά, 24 ώρες και μία εβδομάδα αντίστοιχα, πριν από τον τοκετό τους. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε, μία ομάδα ελέγχου (Α), n=15 και μία ομάδα μελέτης (Β). Την ομάδα μελέτης αποτελούσαν δύο υποομάδες. Την ομάδα Β1 (n=50), που στις μητέρες τους χορηγήθηκε αλοθάνιο, μία φορά, 24 ώρες πριν από τον τοκετό και την ομάδα Β (n=45), που στις μητέρες τους χορηγήθηκε αλοθάνιο, μία φορά, μία εβδομάδα πριν από τον τοκετό. Τ' αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ποσοτικές μεταβολές, μικρής έκτασης, με απουσία στοιχείων ηπατικής νέκρωσης.Αναφορές
