ΘΕΡΑΠΕΙΑ ΤΗΣ ΣΥΓΓΕΝΟΥΣ ΑΠΛΑΣΙΑΣ ΤΟΥ ΔΕΡΜΑΤΟΣ
Περίληψη
Επ' ευκαιρία δύο περιπτώσεων συγγενούς απλασίας του δέρματος, γίνεται συζήτηση για τη θεραπευτική αντιμετώπισή της. Η συγγενής απλασία του δέρματος (Aplasia cutis congenita) είναι μια πολύ σπάνια συγγενής διαμαρτία. Συνίσταται από περιοχές σαφώς αφοριζόμενες από το γύρω υγιές δέρμα, στις οποίες παρατηρείται έλλειψη της επιδερμίδας (μερική απλασία) ή σπανιότερα έλλειψη της επιδερμίδας, του χορίου και του υποδέρματος (ολική απλασία). Έχουν αναφερθεί ελάχιστες περιπτώσεις κατά τις οποίες η βλάβη αφορά και τους υποκείμενους ιστούς, όπως οι μύες και τα οστά.
