Abstract

Acne is a cοmmon disorder οf the trichosebaceus follicle in 80% οf yοung people οf whom 10% require some form of treatment. Even if the isotretinoine presents a basis in the therapy of severe cases of acne (nodular - cystic), and the antiadrogens in the female acne present a basicc therapy, topical treatmen is indicated in the majority of different types of acne. The combination with short-term therapy with antibiotics per os delivers better and faster results. The type of topical therapy depends on the forms of lession as well as their intensity.
