Abstract
The present review includes the study of the following subjects; (1) Procedures concerning taking, transfert and elaboration of samples. (2) Methods and deductions of direct microscopic obervation, in function with each sample origin. (3) Cultivation conditions of fungi. (4) Factors contributing to the identification of fungi. (5) Findings of histological examinations. (6) Findings of histological examinations. (6) Contribution of serological examinations and molecular biology techniques.
