Abstract

Fibrous hamartoma of infancy is a benign lesion of the dermis and the subcutaneous tissue. However, because of its cellularity, rapid increase ίη size and local invasiveness, examples of this growth have been mistaken for sarkoma. We report οη the salient clinicopathological features of two cases.
