SYNDROME OF INAPPROPRIATE SECRETION OF ANTIDIURETIC HORMONE ΙΝ ΡΑΤΙΕΝΤ WITH PARKINSON DISEASE
Abstract
Α case of syndrome of inappropdate secretion of antidiuretic hormone (SIADH) is described in a patient with Parkinson disease who was in treatment with L-Dopa and Bromocriptine. The patient presented lethargy, disorientation and pseudoabsences. It is the second case of SIADH in Parkinson disease in the literature as we know. The etiopathogenesis of syndrome is discussed.
