HAEMOPTYSIS AS SYMPTOM OF GYNECOLOGICAL DISEASE
Abstract
Three cases of pulmonary endometriosis are presented. Αll women had recurrent hemoptysis during mentsruation. The compleιe clinical, radiologic, laboratoιy and endoscopic evaluation of the upper and lower respiratory system was negative for endometriosis or other lesions. The diagnosis was established by endometrial biopsy. Α brief literature rewiew was made focusing on pathogenesis, diagnostic methods and current therapy.References
