PREVENTION OF OBTURATOR NERVE STIMULATION DURING TRANSURETHAL RESECTION (TUR)
Abstract
Obdurator nerve stimulation causing adductor contraction is a common but very dangerous event during transurethral resection of Bladder Tumors and prostata. This reaction can be avoided during the operation with spinal anesthesia, with one successful Technique for α few time involves bloked of neuromuscular transmision systemically with succinylcholine and Pancuronimum Bromide. Our experiences in the TUR of 35 patiens are discussed.References
