Διερεύνηση της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης εκπαιδευτικών πρωτοβάθμιας - δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης τον καιρό της πανδημίας (covid-19) σε σχέση με την νέα μέθοδο διδασκαλίας την εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευση (τηλεκπαίδευση) και η συσχέτιση της με τη φυσική δραστηριότητα

Περίληψη


Σκοπός της έρευνας ήταν να διερευνήσει το επίπεδο επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης των εκπαιδευτικών Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης τον καιρό της πανδημίας (Covid-19) σε σχέση με την νέα μέθοδο διδασκαλίας (εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευση/ τηλεκπαίδευση), να διερευνήσει το επίπεδο φυσικής δραστηριότητας των εκπαιδευτικών Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης και να αξιολογήσει το κατά πόσο το αυξημένο επίπεδο φυσικής δραστηριότητας μπορεί να λειτουργήσει ευεργετικά στα συμπτώματα επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης. Για το σκοπό αυτό πραγματοποιήθηκε ποσοτική μελέτη σε δείγμα 231 εκπαιδευτικών με χρήση των εργαλείων Maslach Burnout Inventory και Godin Leisure-Time Exercise Questionnaire. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι ένα σημαντικό ποσοστό εκπαιδευτικών εμφάνισε μέτρια ή υψηλά επίπεδα συναισθηματικής εξάντλησης (30.3%) και αποπροσωποποίησης (20.8%) και χαμηλά ή μέτρια επίπεδα προσωπικών επιτευγμάτων (60.6%). Τα ευρήματα έδειξαν ότι η πλειοψηφία των εκπαιδευτικών είχε μέτρια ή υψηλά επίπεδα (81%) φυσικής δραστηριότητας κατά την εφαρμογή της εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης. Τέλος, τα ευρήματα της έρευνας έδειξαν ότι η φυσική δραστηριότητα συνδέεται με μειωμένο επίπεδο συναισθηματικής εξάντλησης αλλά δεν σχετίζεται με το επίπεδο αποπροσωποποίησης και το επίπεδο προσωπικών επιτευγμάτων.
