Εξυπηρετικό στυλ ηγεσίας προπονητών: Πώς το αντιλαμβάνονται οι γονείς αθλητών και πώς επηρεάζει την αφοσίωσή τους στο σωματείο;

Η υιοθέτηση του εξυπηρετικού στυλ ηγεσίας συμβάλει στη δημιουργία ισχυρών διαπροσωπικών σχέσεων μεταξύ των μελών της ομάδας και του ηγέτη, στη δημιουργία ενός κοινού οράματος στο οποίο συμμετέχουν ενεργά όλα τα μέλη της ομάδας και στην αύξηση των επιπέδων αφοσίωσης των μελών της ομάδας, απέναντι στον ηγέτη. Στόχος της έρευνας αυτής ήταν να αξιολογήσει το εξυπηρετικό στυλ ηγεσίας των προπονητών ενός αθλητικού σωματείου, όπως αυτό γίνεται αντιληπτό από τους γονείς των παιδιών που συμμετέχουν στο σύλλογο. Πραγματοποιήθηκε πρωτογενής συλλογή των δεδομένων από 114 γονείς παιδιών που συμμετέχουν στα αθλήματα του ποδοσφαίρου και της πετοσφαίρισης σωματείου που δραστηριοποιείται στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Για τη συλλογή των δεδομένων αξιολόγησης της εξυπηρετικής ηγεσίας επιλέχθηκε το ερωτηματολόγιο Revised Servant Leadership Profile for Sport (RSLP-S), διαμορφωμένο από τον Hammermeister και τους συνεργάτες του (2008). Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι οι γονείς των παιδιών που συμμετέχουν στις ακαδημίες και τα αγωνιστικά τμήματα του υπό μελέτη σωματείου αξιολογούν θετικά και τους τρεις παράγοντες του εξυπηρετικού στυλ ηγεσίας των προπονητών του σωματείου και πολύ θετικά την αφοσίωσή τους σε αυτό. Τα αποτελέσματα της έρευνας μπορούν να αξιοποιηθούν από σωματεία παροχής προγραμμάτων άσκησης και αναψυχής σε παιδιά, προκειμένου να δημιουργήσουν προγράμματα εκπαίδευσης προσωπικού επικεντρωμένα στο εξυπηρετικό στυλ ηγεσίας.
